Improving your pull-ups

Most everyone can do pull-ups with the proper training.
Achieving your first pull-up can be a thrill!
How about adding one or two more to your current maximum number of  pull-ups?
Maybe having the grip strength to complete a long set without dropping to the floor and having to break up the set?
How about doing some chain pull-ups?
